Our new Garter Stripe Shawl Kit invites you to play with color in bold, graphic stripes of our very own Loop Petal!  The Garter Stripe Shawl is knit from the top down and features bold swathes of colorful stripes. It begins with a garter tab cast on. If you've never tried the garter tab cast-on, you're in for a treat! This type of cast-on is deceptively simple and practically magical - it quite literally disappears into your shawl as you knit!  From there, you'll begin the simple garter stitch pattern while working the striping sequence at the same time. Easy peasy! You'll need to add US 9 32" circular needles. Finished size 26" deep and 54" wide.
