The Soest and the surrounding area describes both long -distance cycle paths and regional tours that are presented. The region is characterized by the old army and trade road, the Hellweg, today B1, which combines and connects the Ruhr area with East Westphalia in the west-east direction. In addition to interesting cities, the gentle hilly landscape of the Soester Börde and the area around the Möhnesee make the region interesting for cyclists.
