Lionel SP 9821 Southern Pacific gondola w/removable Coal load Standard O 1/48

Here is a Lionel Southern Pacific gondola with removable coal load. This is the larger style gondola that was made as a Standard O item, so you can run it with your scale-looking cars such as Atlas O or MTH Premier, OR you can run it with your more traditional Lionel as a large gondola. Created in 1973. When introduced, Lionel did not make an engine to match these cars, so sales of the original Standard O cars were pretty slow.
