These cows are finished on a ration consisting of only of grass, apples, and non-GMO wheat. Please note there are no substitutions on the cut and wrap, this is for all ground beef only! $200 is a deposit only, and will be deducted from your final invoice at pick up! WHOLE: Price is $2.85/lb hanging weight, plus 80c/lb grind and wrap, and a $110 kill fee per whole. HALF: Price is $2.95/lb hanging weight, plus 80c/lb grind and wrap, and a $55 kill fee per half. QUARTER: Price is $3.05/lb hanging weight, plus 80c/lb grind and wrap, and a $27.50 kill fee per quarter. Ground Beef will come in 2 pound packages.
