About our scrunchies: Handcrafted and machine sewn in house, in the USA Soft and comfortable high quality cotton fabric Triple stitched elastic on the inside, to ensure it's longevity of use Long by approximately 19" before elastic gathers the fabric, creating a full scrunchie Ties 2-3 times, depending on hair density Size: 4.5" outer circumference, 2" inner circumference  CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash, gentle cycle in cold water. Lay out to air dry.
