By simply connecting Log-Alert's base station to an internet router one can create a pre-programmed Log-Alert WiFi signal. Our monitoring systems are programmed out off the box to connect to the Log-Alert WiFi signal. This allows the user to avoid the hassle of programming one or many Log-Alert systems to connect to their WiFi network (plug and play). It is also an easy way of avoiding networking or security issues that are preventing the Log-Alert system to connect to a WiFi network. Included with the WiFi base station is a 10 foot cat5 cable (goes between router and base station).
