Jaggerspun Merino 2/18 Laceweight Skeins

We are sad to hear that Jaggerspun must close their doors in 2025. We have a fairly large stock of cones and skeins. As we run out, we will be deleting the colors that we no longer have.  You may find what you want in cones. The listing for 1-lb cones is here: https://loftyfiber.com/products/jaggerspun-merino-2-18-laceweight-cones This yarn is spun in Springvale Maine by Jaggerspun from super fine Australian wool.  It is a soft, elegant yarn that has traditionally been used in creating garments of the highest quality.  This yarn also felts beautifully, and makes soft felted garments, such as scarves, that are a pleasure to be worn close to the skin. For a beautiful woven tartan throw or scarf, use this yarn set at 24 to 28 epi with a 2/2 Twill.  This is a 2/18 (2-ply) laceweight yarn.  It is the same size as the Zephyr 2/18 Lace; the only difference is this is 100% merino and does not have the silk.
