The problem is that the product contains 70% saturated fat and processed sugar by weight. Just two tablespoons contains 21 grams of highly processed GMO sugar. Modified palm oil contributes to deforestation, habitat destruction, pollution, and human rights offenses. Soy lecithin is processed with hexane, a byproduct of gasoline. Much of the world's cocoa is harvested in unethical ways including child slavery labor.
