Works with older kites (primarily produced before 2003 and prior) that use a smaller inflate valve.  Also used on GK 1 pumps, and Ocean Rodeo kites midyear 2010 and earlier and a few other one pump systems, plus older Airush C-kites, GK (Globe Kites), and North. The one way valve lets air enter while pumping but stops air from going out.
