Seal regularly with food safe mineral oil. Not dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaners. Do not submerge or soak. Avoid leaving the peel on hot surfaces as this increases the chance of warping and discoloration. If the peel warps, leave overnight with the warp facing up and it should flatten.
