Materials needed: Water for hydration Pen and journal Yoga Mat (or other non-slip alternative) Bolster or pillows (optional) Strap or long thin scarf (optional) Block or thick sturdy books (optional) A teacher for over 18 years, expert Kristine Roxas-Miller holds a Masters in Language and Literacy Education. Aside from teaching, she is also a regular yoga practitioner and is currently taking a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course through Ayurveda Yoga Center. She has been offering sessions to family and friends in her community and enjoys spreading the love of yoga.
