Velvety on the palate with a satin mouthfeel with bold skyscraper tannins. The finishing flavors are echoes of the initial aromas, with warm cherry pie, cran-raspberry jam, coco nibs, toasted cinnamon, fresh strawberry and raspberry coulis.
