REVIEWS 92 James Suckling Intense ruby red, garnet tends with aging. Aromas are characteristic and intense. Dry, warm, slightly tannic, robust and harmonious. Aged three and a half years in large oak barrels followed by at least 4 months of aging in bottle. At the table it goes very well with game and meat. Excellent with aged cheeses or alone as the centerpiece.
