Established in 2006 in the small town of Kirby, this distillery aims to produce the state's first premium whiskey by harnessing the finest local ingredients. The non-GMO grains, sourced from Byron, and pure limestone water from a deep aquifer create a foundation for exceptional whiskey. Crafted using a traditional 18-inch column still and doubler, Wyoming Whiskey is aged for a minimum of five years in charred oak barrels, allowing it to develop its unique character within the extreme temperature variations of the Bighorn Basin.
