Cascahuin Extra Añejo Tequila is an exquisite expression of craftsmanship, bringing over 100 years of tequila-making heritage from the Jalisco highlands. This premium tequila is crafted using traditional methods, with agave hearts (piñas) slow-cooked in brick ovens to preserve their natural sweetness. After fermentation with wild yeasts and distillation in copper pot stills, the spirit is aged for a minimum of 40 months in American oak barrels. The extended aging process imparts rich layers of complexity, resulting in a luxurious tequila that rivals the finest cognacs and whiskies.  On the nose, expect inviting aromas of dried fruit, toasted oak, vanilla, and a hint of agave sweetness.
