Explore the Beauty of Nature with Our Tree Roots Print This is a very unique set of tree ring prints. The wood used to create these images is from the roots of trees from Yellowstone, Island Park, and Glacier National Park. It's an amazing perspective of tree anatomy to be able to see how the grain changes at the roots of a tree. I want each print to be meaningful so each one is made by hand using traditional woodblock methods. So, none of the prints in my shop have been printed by machine. Each one has been carefully pressed directly on the cut of wood to make each print as unique as the tree itself. No trees are cut down to make these prints. As an artist, my purpose is to reveal the artistry that exists in nature and to present it in a way that is accessible enough to hang on a wall in your home. I also want to bring our attention to our impact on the landscapes that surround us. These tree ring prints help us see our place in a much larger historical context and hopefully each ring
