The Koosah Vineyard's Chardonnay faces west to the sea, and that maritime influence comes through in this high-toned Chardonnay. Fresh lemon, lemon balm, honeysuckle, and chamomile come to mind, with a salty flair on the finish. All Walter Scott Chardonnays age for a year - unstirred - on their lees, so there's a creaminess to this wine, but it's the lightest of the set.
