7 Day Hands-On Pedal Car Restoration Class October 6-12th, 2025 Class runs 8AM-5PM (some days may run a little later) Only 6 Spots Available   In this seven-day class, we will be restoring 6 classic pedal cars, including, but not limited to, Murray Flat Face, Sad Face, and V Front Style Pedal cars. All pedal cars will be provided for this class, and you will get to take home your pedal car at the end of the class. We will spend the first two days on metal work, rust repair and modifications to the pedal car, as well as proper metal prep, sandblasting, and epoxy primer over bare metal. At the end of the second day, we will get all the bodies into epoxy and spend the following two days on bodywork and priming over filler work. By the end of day four, we will prime our body work. Day 5 and 6 will be spent on paint prep and painting the cars. Airbrush artist, Rob Churchill will be teaching a section on realistic artwork and details to make the cars look as real as possible. This will include airbrushing chrome accents, gauges, taillights, etc. The final day of the class we will be focusing on sanding and polishing clear.    All supplies needed for this class will be supplied, so you do not need to bring anything to this class. Lunch, snacks and drinks provided daily.    This class will be held at our shop located at N11016 US Hwy 45, Birnamwood, WI 54414.    Once class is purchased, we will send over an email with more information.
