All computers are shipped with a Free Microsoft Antivirus on them, but if not properly configured this can leave you vulnerable. Also sometimes the free antiviruses are not always the best. This is why we offer a Cyber Security plan where we give you a paid Antivirus software, and a 15-30 minute conversation on proper cyber security. just want the Antivirus only? We offer that as well! This includes walking you through the set up of your software. However we can only offer this service for computers that are running. Some virus infected computers will prevent you from being able to download the software if you are unable to start the machines. THERE IS NO REFUND ON ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF SOFTWARE SOLD!!! However if you feel our voice chat was not to your standards we will offer a partial refund per are restock fee. The Antivirus purchase however will remain. You will have the option of two Antivirus software upon purchase both of their pro's and cons will be explained before the final processing.
