A package of 4 cool white pre-wired Pico (0402) LED chips with a 4 resistors for 12v included. Must use DC power source 2.0v to 2.2v is normal power range. Black wire is negative lead. Included resistor may be used for up to 12v, resistor may be attached to either wire. Only 1 resistor needed for 12v 0402 pre-wired Pico warm white chip 3v resistor included to be used for 12v DC Only 1 resistor needed per LED for 12v DC Resistor may be added to either wire 4 per package IP163 or 3VP0 A PDC12 2amp will light 100 LEDs
