Snap of the Quick Release face plate to reveal a 4 hole AMPS plate. You can attach the mounting bracket for your entire transceiver or if you have remote head bracket that requires this plate you are good to go. Please note in some cases you will need the remote head bracket for your transceiver that is available from the original manufacturer of your transceiver.
