Philodendron maximum Aroid

Philodendron maximum P. maximum is one of the world's largest Philodendrons. It can be found in the moist tropical rainforests of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Brazil. This Philo is not known to be an accomplished climber and is typically found at 10 feet. P. maximum leaves reach lengths of over 5 feet and widths of 3 feet or more. Its beautiful semi-gloss, medium to dark green blades are accentuated with striking cream-colored veins.  Philodendron maximum is a showstopper. It's impossible to miss with its massive, beautiful leaves.
