Parsley Flakes

Parsley, is the dried leaves of the herb Petroselinum crispum. It is generally grown in Europe, Israel, and the United States. The bright green leaves have a fresh, herbaceous flavor and aroma. It is widely used as a main ingredient in recipes or garnish on potato dishes, egg dishes, rice dishes, fish, fried chicken, lamb or goose, staeaks, and meat or vegetable stews.
