Abodal, the Frozen Continent of Kalda - Digital Poster

Abodal, or better known among the humans of Kalda as the Abodine Wasteland, is the southernmost continent of our fictional world.   Its primary inhabitants are the Eshari, a humanoid race who thrive in the frigid climate.  An evolutionary off-shoot of the Larilians (the elves of Kalda), the Eshari are known for their blue features. At the time of Tales of the Amulet the Eshari are a mere myth to humans of Kalda.  Their nation, the Esharian Collective is concentrated on the upper area of the map.  Many Eshari cities along the coast are covered within ice shelves, but a few adventurers have discover them over the years. The Abodine Wasteland is the primary setting for both The Prisoner of Tardalim and Beneath the Frozen Wastes. I would love to explore more of the frozen continent, and hopefully we'll be able to visit it more throughout the rest of Tales of the Amulet.  There is a Greater Kalda chapter in The Dark Necromancer that takes place on Abodal, but I have a feeling that s
