- Location: Downton NYC (The exact address will be sent to the participants) - Date & Time: Choose one day July 19th Wednesday 10:30 am - 1:00 pm July 20th Thursday 10:30 am - 1:00 pm July 21th Friday 10:30 am - 1:00 pm - Program: Meditation and Introduction Making lemon tea jelly for a tea dessert Tasting 3 grades of white teas Pairing barely grass tea with seasonal tea food* Making Jeju matcha with a lemon tea jelly *Summer tea food will be Cold Soybean Noodle (콩국수) ※ Depending on the participants, the class will be either conducted in Korean or English. ※ Due to the limited seats and characteristic of a small private class, cancellation made within 7 days of the reservation will result in 100% cancellation fee.
