2 pc, 3/4 in Push on Pushnut pal, Axle Cap, Wheel Retainer, Zinc Mech Finish

2 replacement 3/4 in., Push on,  Pal,  or Cap retainer nuts (they have many names)   For 3/4 inch shafts.   Once Pressed on the end of your shaft or axle, they won't come off, even when you want them to.   The easiest way to install them is with a plain old hammer.
