Calm in Chaos: Healing art and reiki

I started this group as a way to relieve pressure (and possibly grief and anxiety) from the holiday season. The 1st group was so filled with inspiration, healing and synchronicities that I want you to be able to do this with me every month! Each month wee will start with a little reflection and grounding and then a group reiki session.  Then we'll have some group creative time to make whatever you are inspired to.  I will have a prompt and also be available for support if you're not sure what to do.  We will have a little time to share at the end. My intention is to build community, offer healing and stress relief, and add some creativity to your life.  No art or reiki experience necessary!  This workshop will take place on zoom; bring whatever art supplies you have on hand, a journal, maybe a cozy blanket, a candle, and some tea, water, and snacks.  Whatever you need to feel comfortable.  People have brought collage materials, crayons, writing materials, and more.  Any and all creativ
