This Terms of Use document is for anything you sell that is more hands-off, in transactions when you have less direct communication between you and your customer.   It sets up all the rules for the purchase, whether that is a digital download, an online course or a group program. Use it also for any evergreen or passive income products. It will make sure everyone is on the same page *before* your customer completes the purchase, which will help to avoid failed expectations or miscommunications.   Note: this document can also be referred to as a Terms of Purchase, Terms of Service or a Purchase Agreement.Howdy online business owner!
