The Collective Agreement is used when you lead a Collective to define all the terms for the participants. It includes a built-in Referral Agreement to set out the out all the terms for the referrals, including fees for initial referral and subsequent referrals, an Independent Contractor Agreement to clarify the nature of the relationship between your company and the Collective participants and a Publicity Release so you can use safely and legally use any media captured during the Collective. Get it signed by each Collective participant before they join.
