Reishi & Nettle Tincture

Reishi helps support symptoms of an overactive immune system, like allergies and asthma. Nettles helps relieve allergy symptoms such as itchy, watery eyes, sneezing and runny nose. Using this tincture I have gone completely off my regular allergy medicine this year! Shake well. Dilute in water or measure into a mug and pour boiling water over to evaporate alcohol. If pregnant or nursing consult your doctor before using.
