(No exception) For Custom orders, you'll need to provide us with the following info: - Logo name PLEASE BE PREPARED WITH YOUR INFO FOR FASTER SERVICE. Please send us your logo in the message system. We do not design logo's so please have your logo ready. If you only have a text logo please choose from a font from above. WE only add your logo name we do not redesign the bag (which includes: changing colors, moving graphics or adding graphics that are not already there, designing fonts, or completely altering the original design.) If you wish to change the design there will is an additional fee. Orders can take up to 3-5 days (Business Hours: Monday-Friday 9am -6pm EST) to process and 2-5 days shipping. Our processing time is standard for all orders and does NOT apply to express shipping. If you choose express shipping at checkout that does NOT apply to the processing time which is still 3-5 days. You have 3 days after the time of your purchase date to cancel your order. Custom orders are NOT REFUNDABLE. Also please read our return & exchange policy before purchasing.
