This is the 3rd edition of Ruscelli's La Geografia. Based on Ptolemy's Geography and published in 1574. This edition is complete with all 65 maps as issued along with numerous plates illustrating geographic and cartographic principles and methods. This example has been professionally rebound in 2023, including washing, and deacidifying all pages and is in exquisite condition. The maps are all in fine to very fine condition with minor marginal stains from handling over the years. There may be some remnant minor foxing stains, if any, on the maps.
