Number of Channels：32 Main Functions and Features - Control mode: Off-line (Controller FC32S-1 control), On-line (external signal control or communication control) - Start/stop control signal input: 1 switch signal for each dispensing unit - No bottle signal input: 4 swithc signals corresponding to 4 channels for each dispensing unit. - Communication function: RS485 communication interface, Modbus protocol, communication parameters. (address, baud rate, parity, stop bit) can be set through touchscreen. - Dispensing calibration: Dispensing volume of every channel can be calibrated through percentage, volume, weight or average weight method. - Channel enable: Every channel can be set as enable or disable. - Fill/Backflow: All the channels can be set as enable or disable. - Channel address: Communication address of each channel can be set through independent membrane key and displayed on independent LED. - Password function: Protect the system parameters and prevent misoperation through the password function - Dipensing parameter set: Dispensing parameters can be saved as a parameter set which can be invoked easily without reset it.
