All nucleus colonies (nucs) are a full 5 frames (2-3 brood, 2-3 resources) and include a laying queen. (Quantity discount starts when purchasing 10 or more. This discount will be given on final payment.) Our bees are a genetic mix of our overwintered stock, our VSH Instrumentally-inseminated Carniolan queen, and known Nebraska overwintered feral colonies. Choosing this option is only a deposit for nuc pre-order. We must receive the remainder before picking up your nuc. An invoice will be sent to you for the remainder closer to the pick-up date. All nucs will come in a nuc box.
