**Instructions for pressing on patches with HEAT PRESS1. Pre press or iron out the area where you want to place the patch for at least 10 seconds2. Place your patches down in the garment3. Cover your patch/patches with parchment paper4. Press your design for 30 seconds at 275 degrees5. Flip the garment inside out and press where the letters are for another 60 seconds6. Let it cool off and check to make sure all areas of the patch is firmly in place. Repress if needed.For a permanent wear they can be sewn on. Do not use fabric softener. Gentle wash or hand wash in cold water onlyDo not dry in dryer *****Shirt IS NOT INCLUDED!! This is for the PATCH ONLY!****
