Yes.   Will the lid fit on the ultrasonic baths while one of the baskets or trays is inserted? Generally yes, but it won't fit perfectly. You can put the lid on when a basket is in the Bransonic bath, but there are some units where the cover might not fit that well with the basket / tray in.
