Shaker Nightstand (Three Drawer)

A classic example of the simple lines and craftsmanship favored by Shaker carpenters in the 1800s. Chilton’s Shaker line of dressers and chests is made locally in Maine, available in cherry with reinforced sides, classic dovetail joinery and solid hardwood drawer box construction with full extension glides. Beautiful on its own or paired with our Shaker, Penobscot or Acadia beds. Overall Dimensions: 20"W x 18"D x 27"H Interior Drawer Dimensions: 14"W x 15"D x 4 1/2"H Product Details:Full extension side mounted drawer glides featuring 100 lbs. drawer capacity,  1/2" dovetailed hardwood drawer boxes, 3/4" undercut beveled tops, 1 1/4" tapered leg posts, 1 1/2"W cherry mushroom style knobs. Please note that when your new cherry wood furniture arrives, it may be lighter in color than the wood shown in the accompanying photo.  New cherry wood is initially a pale, straw color and gradually darkens to a beautiful amber over time with exposure to light.
