Our dashi is different from the cheap imported dashi you can find here in the United States. Unlike most dashis found here, our dashi doesn't have any additives and "bonito" and "dried seaweed" are our key main ingredients.Our dashi is popular with customers who are aware of authentic Japanese dashi.Most dashi companies add a lot of salt to their dashi but we add very minimal amounts. You may add salt and soy sauce to your liking.
