Green Agate Macrame Bracelet 8mm

This bracelet is handmade with smooth, round green agate beads, and hand woven in macrame. Each bead is approximately 8mm and is accented by sterling silver beads at each end. Due to the nature of the stone, color may vary.  Agate was first discovered on the beaches of Sicily's old Achates River. Its widespread natural distribution led to its rich legend.  Some of the first mentions of Green Agate in spiritual civilizations were found in Ancient Egypt. They used it for everything, including beautiful pots and jewelry. Later, its use expanded to other cultures.
