Puppet Master was the 9th villain the Scooby-Doo Gang faced. Able to control the feeble minded, the Puppet Master has full control over Scooby and Shaggy like puppets on a stage.This is the 9th in a series of original Illustrations where I revisit and reimagine the villains of Scooby-Doo in order they appear.Some of the original designs are so iconic that I make little design changes but wanted to create another way to make them more than just a costume that was worn to scare some kids and a dog.
