It was actually our first big road trip together. We packed up the pups & headed West. We thought we were gonna hike pretty big, like miiiilllesss & miles, we thought we were gonna be really into the road trip traveling on a budget thing & just sleep in our car, we thought we were gonna successfully take a nice little stop at the dunes on the way with 2 dogs in the middle of the day…. We learned a lot. A lot of who we are, & probably even more who we’re not. 3 of our biggest road trips have led us to sand dunes, all sooooo different & ironically,
