Botticelli Shells With Silk Ribbon

2022  The scallop shell is the symbol of this collection. They are the vessels of Diety like the one that carried Venus to shore in Botticelli’s painting “The Birth Of Venus.” Scallop shells are a metaphor for those on their own quest, each traveling their own paths converging at a single point after many lessons learned.
