Moonlit White Horse

Moonlit - White Horse is a 24x36" original acrylic painting on 1.5" deep gallery wrapped canvas. The white horse is a significant symbol that has appeared to me many times throughout my life as a way of guiding me. For me it has shown up both as the horse itself, and as a place. I grew up near a place called the Whitehorse circle of, New Jersey. I now live among the Amish in rural Pennsylvania in an Unincorporated township called Whitehorse. I did not know right away when I found my new home, that this place was considered Whitehorse. So it felt like a confirmation that I had found where I was supposed to be, and this place, is where I began my artist journey of healing myself, reconnecting to my inner child and creating artworks full time.
