This handy mount clamps onto your frame, so you don't have to weld a spud in for the ratchet seat belts. Clamp is black anodized and made of billet aluminum. Another neat feature with the clamp vs welding a spud in; the clamp you can put at the right angle you need so the lap belt lays correctly since every seat/car/driver combination is different.
