All kimchi was white kimchi before the Portuguese brought Mexican chiles to Korea. This kimchi has no spice. This version is vegan using red miso paste.  White kimchi is great in all the things you might use spicier kimchi, but we especially love it on pierogies, brats, and sausages.  Available in 16 ounce glass jars.
