Our Gluten-free, Sourdough focaccia made with organic olive oil, fresh rosemary, and Maldon Sea salt. Made with hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter, organic fresh-milled oats, teff, millet, and buckwheat. We use raw honey from Tremblay Apiaries, pink Himalayan sea salt, and loads of organic olive oil to create this soft + crunchy exterior focaccia. Available in a pack of 2 pieces, generally around 6 x 5.5 inches each.
