Purpleheart & Tiger Maple Keepsake Box - Large Size Keepsake Box -  Dimensions: 14-1/2" wide x 10-1/2" deep x 8" tall This large box is built with purpleheart wood and through dovetail joinery. It has an inset bottom of tiger maple. The very top includes a raised panel also of tiger maple. This is the natural color of the exotic wood. No staining or coloring has been done.  The insert tray lifts out and is built entirely out of tiger maple with delicate finger joint construction. The tray is built to such perfect tolerances that it floats down slowly on air when dropped in place. The box contains fully hidden hinges.
