These are white plastic with drips as shown for an E14 (Euro candelabra socket). 100mm - almost 4". White matte, not glossy. The bottom inside diameter is 23mm (59/64 of an inch). The top inside diameter is 21mm (107/128 of an inch)... there is a small interior lip on these at the top. These are non-returnable. Important: These covers are for European/International E14 sockets. They are not for US E12 candelabra sockets which are much more prevalent. Please make sure to measure your sockets before ordering.
