Not Your Basic 6 Weeks of Handbuilding

Beginner friendly course. Location: 310 Meserole Street 11206 Swipe to see some photos of projects from this course. Very fun and relaxing 6 weeks of classes in a cozy environment. You will learn everything about handbuilding. This course isn’t basic because we will challenge ourselves to create most complicated pieces using simple techniques. Capacity: 6 seats 1 class per week. Class duration - 2 hours (7 pm - 9 pm) Open studio time  - 24/7 access (only for hand building, no pottery wheels use) All classes will be on a same day and at the same time. The instructor will teach students different hand-building techniques such as: pinching, coiling, slab-building, and carving. Clay and glazes are free for students. Firing fees are an additional $.06 per cubic inch (covering both firings).
