Lapis Moon

Christopher Brooks lives and works in Saudi Arabia. His educational background is in the archaeology of the southwestern United States. He is a Navy veteran and works in civil service, where he has served in the Pacific Rim, Afghanistan, and the Middle East. His first collection of poems, With Them I Move, was published by Finishing Line Press in 2018. His poetry has also appeared in numerous journals, including Hiram Poetry Review, Flint Hills Review, Dragon Poet Review, Blue Collar Review, Slant: A Journal of Poetry, Red Earth Review, Fly Fishing and Tying Journal, and the Woody Guthrie Poets anthology Ain’t Gonna Be Treated This Way (Village Books Press, 2017).
